Simple inflation2. dollar collapse within the next 90 days and spiral into hyper inflation3.

Ya things have already began to spiral into more... which is crazy.

Just like putting money in the stock market when things spiral downhill you need to expect that and enjoy the ride.

But you'll never be able to move from where you are until you take the first step, stuck in a never-ending spiral of negativity and analysis paralysis.

Thanks in advanceThe most accurate term to say would be a Terms transaction, going a step further that could be a lease option, a contract for deed, and then from there we start spiraling down the rabbit hole with variants of seller back financing, terms variants and so on where it is almost limitless in construct. 

@Joe Gore you started the downward spiral in this thread with your first post, which I repeat here: I am sure you knew the dogs was there when you did your due diligence.
