My duplex was in a rental neighborhood where property lines weren't really respected, the neighbors liked to play soccer in my back yard (my lot was the biggest and flattest in the neighborhood).

However, yesterday I sent out some emails to some agencies and landords, and today I got a call from a real state agent offering me to see an apartment with 1 bedroom,1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and a living room; it´s located in a very good area: near the biggest soccer stadium in Spain, shops, the metro station, pubs, restaurants and with a swimming pool on the rooftop, etc and then, I explained him the idea of subleasing the appartment by using AirBnB; he said he had to ask the landord and will reach out to me later.

I ate the best pizza in South Africa, I got mugged in Cuba and then got my money back when I mugged my mugger, I got lost in the Sahara desert, I used the toilet in Ghandi’s child hood home, I met a girl in the Czech Republic and then another one in Thailand and then Spain, I ate amazing beef in Argentina, I partied with Russians in Moscow’s until sunrise, played soccer in Ghana and Turkey and Brazil, I saw the most amazing sunrise in Vietnam, I had Guinness in Ireland which taste better than anywhere in the world, I met my wife in Ecuador, I met incredible people everywhere and so on and so on and so on.

In non real estate related news - I am an avid soccer fan. love spending time with my newborn, wife, and 2 dogs.

Hi guys I believe Eric setup a meet up for today which unfortunately I probably won't be able to make due to a highly important pickup soccer game but  have a great time.

A new soccer stadium, Meta facility, General Motors plants, and TONS of urban expansion (entertainment bridge, downtown park over the highway), etc.

The opportunity zones include areas where Nike, Amazon, Arizona State University and Phoenix Rising soccer club are launching major developments.They also include neighborhoods where thousands of apartments and a growing number of hotels are planned or under construction.

My 7yr old son does Futsal (indoor soccer) and his coach (who is a former professional futsal player) is looking for his own venue.

While I have seen cost segregation studies generate an enormous benefit for real estate investors, I haven’t seen anything quite like the savings on a professional soccer stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
