I was thinking so too, the income still vastly exceeds the expenses anyway. 

Hey guys,  Im thinking of shifting my traditional checking/saving account and mortgage to a manulife one account which my broker has suggested so I can be ready to pounce on a house and properly conduct the yellow letter direct marketing offering cash when they want it. 

I think we have the best advantage because we are where many of the investors want to be and we can drive the neighborhoods ourselves and know where the transitioning areas are.

You'll get calls from all kinds of people who think they may have some money coming. 

Sadly I think not all attorneys here know the advantages of using out of state LLCs and or out of state statutory trusts.

I think their logic was that a family with 12 people (parents and 10 boy children) would have difficulty finding a suitable house with say 6 bedrooms.In addition to the Federal guideline, some local ordinances address occupants both tenants and owners.
