I dont think its a terrible idea to post to sites now that say updated photos coming soon.

One thing people haven't mentioned is look for your own ad on the key rental syndicated sites and see if it presents well. 

Their customer support is terrible and some of their software, but they have about 8x the site traffic in general than Airbnb and VRBO combined, surprisingly.  

There have been a few people that have done Sub2’s that come on here bragging about it.. those that do come on here bragging about seem to be  helping someone promote their product/mentoring , have a product or mentoring they are trying to remote directly or indirectly themselves, or simply do not understand the landscape of Bigger Pockets site.

I mainly want a site that offers advertising the property, online payment options, maintenance requests & at least a basic accounting aspect.Thank you in advance!

I must have tried to explain this, as you did here, at least 20 times (at least) on this site. 

However, the whole point of making money is to live a better life, which includes caring for family. taking care of our parents is I suspect not even a twinkle of thought to most of the BP members that are on this site and 45 and under..

Here's a few examples:Does the lender release for materials on site or do they have to be installed? 

The site we want is for sale, zoned correctly, priced right.One problem.
