Hello,Im working with a lender to refinance into a Fanny Freddy mortgage now that I have stabilized my 36 unit complex.They have asked for a CAPEX schedule, and a T-6, in addition to the rent roll. 

I mean come one, there was those out there pitching LP-$ for buying Radio Shack and doing some weird come-back thing with it, and people threw $ at em for it......

I also heard a guy named “ Donnie” who has been recommended to me .. the only issue is he dosent pay his owners until the end of the month .Is this the norm for Columbus property managers , or am I missing something?
