What's supposed to happen is that the sink is held in place by little clips on the underside of the countertop and sealed to the granite with silicone caulk.

I currently invest in this market and I also want to expand into the Silicon Valley market.

Obviously, the Silicon Valley mega boom of the last 20 or 30 years has been a major factor and now every last one of the other 49 states is gunning for the tech biz, but will that kill the Silicon Valley boom? 

Many Many Bay Area folks will sell their Silicon valley properties and move to these areas to retire or semi retire...

I am in Silicon Valley, California - which has very high rental values and very high property values.  

Real estate will always be about jobs.Denver and Silicon Valley has such good appreciation due to the the healthy job market. 

Some cities in Silicon Valley cap that number at 2.  

Some typically "outside" the commute bubble communities for Silicon Valley like Hollister, Salinas, Los Banos and Tracy do look like interesting markets.
