#1)I was at my property yesterday for some maintenance and I noticed the tenant did not clear the sidewalk or steps of ice like the lease says is their responsibility.

Then he tells me the flip side , I could have a perfect house pass , within 2 feet of an abandoned house with paint chips falling off on a common sidewalk .

My brother refuses and I cannot use my spouse.From what I have read, your property in the LLC is encapsulated within the LLC.If someone who slips and falls on your sidewalk and then sues the property owner, in this case your LLP, your personal assets are protected.

Snow/Lawn might be a bit lean in my experience... it's a minimum of $35 a week for grass and snow can get pricey quickly especially if they have parking lots and sidewalks.  

Including Pressure washer to clean sidewalks and siding (if needed).

The reason we are doing the front yard is because we have a 1/4 acre in the City and our main home which is only 940 sq feet is set about 45-50 feet back from the sidewalk.

I hired an architect to draw up a renovation/expansion totaling approximately 1,000 sq.ft. with a new roof design and some exterior touches like sidewalk and landscaping.

I obviously keep the grass well maintained and sidewalks clean but would some mulch and flowers beds be worth it or just another thing to maintain and not worth my time?
