Theses are some of the considerations of Vegas's growth in values right now. well I am moving to town.. so you know its all going to change now  LOL... for all that is commented on this thread we are coming down from PDX as semi retiree's  paid cash for our home in Summerlin.

It is easier to paint brick if it already has a good, thorough coat on top of it - but if that coat is semi, then you're going to have to etch or prime.

Again, trying to set aside personal opinions/beliefs nobody with even a semi-objective bone in the body would deny the benefits medicinally but more importantly there inst a state in our union that wouldn't welcome $200,000,000.00 a year in additional tax revenue (see Colorado 2016); total tax revenue from marijuana is expected to top $1B by 2020 in CO.

I'm about to inherit two parcels and need to decide if I want them or if I should put them up for sale.  Or do something else.  I'd enjoy keep some of it for recreation but I don't want it all just for occasional walk...

I have enough vinyl plank to do 5-7 units depending on units that I bought this fall on close out from menards (bought every piece they had it was delivered on a semi to my building).
