I only have carpet in the bedrooms, and that will eventually be replaced by plank.tenants can buy their own floor rugs.

Sometimes that’s the only way you can buy a rugged fixer.

Otherwise there are 4-5 sets of bath rug sets etc.

Then there are the scum bags that lie like a rug to the sellers and try to constantly squeeze additional monies from inexperienced buyers after a contract has been signed.
