Doesn't mean we can't encourage people not to use bandit signs (they usually end up as litter, and if overdone they can be a visual eyesore), but perhaps a little more humility would help the OP realize the purpose behind obeying those laws better than a dump truck load of sarcasm and self-righteousness?

You so called premium jaded self righteous types are more damaging discouraging than my tenants addiction.I require renters insurance he has it but doesn't replace or cover dead bodies I also have co2 smoke alarms sprinklers but again dont stop or repair or cover dead body's. i had deal with 1st tenant almost dying. 

Sounds to me like that guy had murdered a bunch of people and found just the right guy to give the murder weapons to!

The HELOC Would be a debt weapon, or acquisition tool, not a long term financing solution.
