The zoning office suggests reviewing the zoning ordinance, but the course didn’t cover zoning assumptions in detail.What’s the best way to verify zoning suitability and double-check zoning information?

Are there reviews you can gather from both students who succeed and those who didn't? 

If you want responses from M1 referenceable members, I would tItle the question, Who is already a member of M1, or M1 members, please share any reviews.

You can also hire a real estate attorney off of UpWork or Fiverr to review the documents and give you an opinion just to be sure.

As of now, I'm still up in the air...no major results to justify an overwhelming positive review yet. lol
