Go down to small claims court, request what is needed in order to evict a tenant (more than likely a certified letter giving tenant XX amount of days to move out based on the violation of contract) and pay the court fee in order to retrieve a writ of eviction from judge.

But I suspect that once I log out I will lose that phone number permanently and then when I need to make an edit to my craigslist ad I wont have access to that phone number to retrieve the message.I was referred to Cheappvas which is a paid site for craigslist phone verification numbers.
