Pittsburgh has really reinvented itself from the "Steel City" to the "Tech city".

Of course here are the essentials I need, Any advice especially from current successful investors in KC (don't need to re-invent the wheel) would be much appreciated. 

Nobody is reinventing the wheel in the syndication world, nor does anyone really need to.

I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel with spreadsheets and having to have 16 files for each different llc and bank account.  

Fast forward 20+ years and its so competitive for all the reasons above that its just a drag, its time to reinvent what we do and how we do as agents etc.

Maybe they had a structural engineer come through and I won't need to reinvent the wheel.

So as not to reinvent the wheel, do you know of any good Excel sheets for running different scenarios on a property? 

Just stick to the basics and don't try to reinvent the wheel.
