My savings are falling short after my home purchase so I need alternatives that can be implemented right away (ie I don’t want to wait 5+ years to have sufficient savings to only then invest in rental).Any feedback is welcomed. thanks

For those landlords who take security deposits in City of Chicago, is a separate business bank account sufficient for the security deposit or do I still need to set up the special landlord account that requires all W-9 paperwork from tenants etc?

The guest became defensive and pointed out that 7 rolls of toilet paper (12 guests over 4 days) was not sufficient (lol) and they had to buy more tp, paper towels, and trash bags.
