But while I had my properties in section 8 it was generally fine.Like any, if you show respect to the property and tenants, they will typically show respect to you and the property.

After a set amount of time, you get the choice to complete the transaction (buy the house) at the agreed price or not buy the house and the owner keeps the extra amount of the rent payments.

Typically with owner financing they will want 20% down to protect themselves and make sure you have skin in the game.You could propose it but just wanted to let you know that this is not a very strong offer. 

I made a fair size claim last year and it paid off pretty painlessly except for the 90 day lag. highly recommend them.If I had used a regular home owners policy with and STR addendum I'm pretty sure it would not have covered my particular issue.
