Even if you purchase with a single family home, it’s a start.I’m active duty Air Force with four properties.

It has been about 2 weeks of having it listed on furnished finders, air bnb, booking.com, facebook marketplace, and the MLS.

In some places you can't put bedroom door locks on unless you are a boarding house, although I am not sure if any one checks that.Another thought is if you don't have central air there some boarding houses that have a monthly air conditioning charge if you put a window unit in. 

So my question is if i let the home air out well is it safe? 

Can I air bnb it in the first year while I am gone, that would be renting so I feel like maybe not?

And of course another personal Bias is I don't recommend anyone putting training on a CC unless your just looking to get air miles and you pay your cards in full every month..

At this moment i am at Ramstein Air Base and im fairly familiar with the area around me and i believe there is great investing opportunities here.

The game might be slightly different in some areas where there aren't as many 2-4 unit buildings, but there are always strategies like room share, renting out the basement/attic, air bnb, etc.

No to air bnb.Really don’t want to chase bad dollars with good dollars.
