.- knock out kitchen wall, vault ceiling, add skylights- all floors exposed to concrete / ground / polished / wet finished (all floors demo - remove vinyl tilinh and carpet)- add some can lights- remove popcorn ceiling in whole house and prep to paint ready - paint all interior - bathroom remodel - replace electric panel (zysco)Thanks in advance - Minh

@Jonathon Klem I can’t tell you how many turnarounds we have done where we simply replaced the “light blue” and green paint in rooms and polished the floors and everyone thought the house looked great and it boosted the price of both rental and sale.Those colors in particular are found in a lot of wallpaper/older homes around here.
