Especially if you're an investor, you're going to want to go with someone that can help you grow your business.

That'll help you figure out what direction to aim in before speaking with a bank to figure out how much you can qualify for.

We have helped a ton of clients with the process here in Chicago..just be sure to find a team (Agent, Lender, HUD Consultant, and General Contractor) that has done these renovation loans in the past!
