@Tim James  my partner owns the subdivision up on the mountain above the new Home Depot  he bought a hanger and he flys our plane in and out often he also bought a great little cabin on the Umpqua for not a lot either..

To me, that's like reading a book on flying and then, jumping into the cockpit, throttling up and starting down the runway thinking they can pilot a plane, and then asking the tower for instructions.
