If you truly to the BRRR, and live in (and love west Hartford and that's part of your decision) the place and plan to stay for a while, you should be ok if planing on a long term hold.

@Tim James  my partner owns the subdivision up on the mountain above the new Home Depot  he bought a hanger and he flys our plane in and out often he also bought a great little cabin on the Umpqua for not a lot either..

To me, that's like reading a book on flying and then, jumping into the cockpit, throttling up and starting down the runway thinking they can pilot a plane, and then asking the tower for instructions.

And I am planing on holding my full time job until I retire which is about 15 years from now.

I had planed on attending, but would have had to leave work 5 hours early so it just ended up not panning out.
