Hi, 

my name is  Lily. I am newbie from New York. I always think earning the passive income from rental property is a very good retirement strategy. And I am planing on holding my full time job until I retire which is about 15 years from now. Now my goal is to learn as much as possible and start investing at the end of this year. Thank you.
