I charge $200 per pet and $20 per pet per month, which is below what most others are charging in my area. 

Maybe you bird dog and find a deal you can pull off with a partner and make 1/2 the profit.  

As an aside, we purchased using a bird dog.

Denying application because of pet is not about discrimination (man they abused this word so much), it's about who pays for the cleanup cost.
