Steve Mindy's gentle persuasion got me on the pod cast in about 3 years.. your message is important ,and I agree ( no offense Mindy) but many of the pod cast are just those selling something at the end of the day and I fully understand that.. 

I get the infinite return when there is no money in the deal. all my buy and holds are like that now in NZ as its essay to pull the money out when you have 10-15 growth per year. 

The podcast was good, I liked the NPR vs Fox analogy...I like Robert Cialdini a lot of for persuasion and influence psychology - he is a great speaker as well, and pretty funny.

Oren Klaff author of pitch anything Ari Galper unlock the gameJordan Belfort Straight Line Persuasion  (the movie Wolf of Wall Street was based on his life story )Since sales is not only what you say, but how you say it, its best if you get the audio video versions of these authors. 

I'm not trying to move anyone to a different political persuasion.  

The fact that I put that fee on the Credit cards and had that monthly payment staring in my face every month, pressured me to come home after work scrutinize my marketing, practice my sales pitch on my wife, read/watch persuasion books/lectures and just be non-stop until I started getting leads.

I would like to quote an essay that I read recently, it’s called 545 people by an author named Charlie Reese:One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president and nine Supreme Court Justices – 545 human beings out of 300 million – are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.I completely agree with that statement.

The question was; if I were to locate the perfect candidate, how would I go about approaching them in the most polite, professional, but also firm and persuasive manner possible?
