Between them we have house painters, an electrician, a floor layer, and connections to get some of the supplies at cost.

In all honesty one good painter could easily paint that whole house in 3 days.This is a very rough estimate but will give you an idea of whats involved.Personally i pay .90$/sqft including materials, but i have been using these guys for a few years now and keep them very busy.

A friend of mine lives at home with her family and rather than paying rent, her father (a house painter by profession) paints for several of the landlord's units once or twice a week to make up for the rent.

Hey guys, any recommendations for painters with a little stucco/popcorn repair?

I want a guy who is licensed, will warranty the work and carry insurance that will protect my property in case he messes up. flood burst pipe/fire/boiler blows up etc...but when hiring carpenter, painters or flooring people ...do I really care if they are insured or not. those folks will show you certificate of liability insurance ...which does not protect the guy from injuring themselves on the property. how much damage a painter can cause or flooring guy ?

It was our first stop when we got back home.About 2 months later we got a letter from a house painter in the city where the purse was stolen demanding that we make good on the two checks "we" had given him to paint "our" house - checks from the closed account.

I called my roofer, had him fix the roof issue, and then called my sheetrock guys and painters and had them take care of the kitchen. 

Specifically:landscaper, painter, siding contractor, garage doors, and foundation contractor.

I haven't had an issue with that before.i also don't worry about painter carpet being the same.

Who knows better who's turning property than a title company surveyor or painter or remodeler who's doing work for them?
