If funding is an issue, you do have some options.

.- Optional Benefit: If you believe an elevation certificate shows your property is at a lower risk than FEMA's assessment, you can submit one to potentially lower your premium.

No other loan option comes close to that. 

Do you have clarity around different options there are to create cashflow besides pure yield/interest/rental income?

Hey @Marc Shin, we don't offer Netflix or any other streaming service, but folks simply log into their accounts on the Roku TV's.

Not ready to pull this trigger, but are we legally obligated to find a tenant or can we just tell them the offer has expired and that we are no longer seaking a tenant.
