I stick with the easy things, and hopefully not time consuming..Garbage disposal, faucet, toilet guts replace, bath sink drain, electric outlets, switches, fixtures.

Hi guys... we purchased a commercial building and already moved a few walls and added a few electrical outlets... my question is NOW after we realized that we need the Certificate of Occupancy what is the best route to go for obtaining the right permits to get the CO? 

Several times we have found them in the electrical outlets in the bedroom, paid for a chemical treatment for those spots and been fine.

Miscellaneous other items (i.e. loose faucets, some outlets not working, sliding back door jammed, etc)The seller offered us a $5k credit, however we think it should be much higher (around 10K).

I would use Craigslist, Ebay, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other outlets you can think of.
