Account Closed If you have a wife/girlfriend she can get her license and take the listing for people not looking to sell at wholesale prices, that way you can still monetize the lead.

Regardless of the amount of revenue you generated personally it wasn't your actual site doing the work, it was you & your skilled service.. it seems like its been an awesome lead source but the traffic wasn't monetized so the actual site is probably only worth 400-500 to someone else.

I don't know exactly why you would want to focus on a group of people who don't want to pay a commission to save money, don't have the equity to hire an agent and in many cases don't have a clue whats going on....But, since you asked....In order to better answer your question I would need to know how you intend on monetizing them?

The rub is that in order to monetize this equity you either have to refinance the property and incur high transaction costs or eventually sell and incur taxation.
