Make sure to read your condo rules before going the mid-term rental route. 

Knowing what to get, where, what it needs to be, because it will get $___, and having that pipeline of connections for the Short/mid-term tenancy.  

Mid-range units have held firm in pricing.

Hi all,I've met and spoken with a few great prof's in the Columbus area, and since then, have made 2 offers on home (both didn't work out).I'm going out to visit in December to meet with and talk to a few people; including sellers directly.My question is for those of you who have experience and a few properties + in the mid-term / corporate rental realm.How have your vacancy rates changed over the last year to 2 years? 

We are mid-term leasing the attached studio to travel nurses. 

Even at 280 it leaves you at $32k and after taxes brings you down in the low-mid 20's, with no hiccups.

I plan on selling it ($300,000) in mid-2025 after he graduates.
