Would loosening your pet policy help?

Maybe it wound up "growing" something in the sump, any way.My question is:Do you think it would damage anything if I dumped a couple gallons of distilled white vinegar down there to see if it would loosen / dissolve the scum?

I committed to real estate investing a few years ago when my role as stay-at-home dad began to loosen its grip with the kids starting school; in the enviable position of having a spouse with significant income who supports this endeavor.We currently hold 16 units: SFRs and condos, have some lease options in play and have closed on some of these.

Commercial lending has loosened up quite a bit in the last 3-5 years and conventional lending is gradually headed in that direction.  

Bank might be more willing to go that route and it might loosen the income requirements a bit. 

I am finally loosening my death grip on all projects and processes.  

Mow the grass short, loosen up glass with a rake, then use magnet for any metal, then yard vac, follow up with a high power leaf blower and blow any remaining on a hard surface.

@Conrad Metzenberg,I think you're going to see values remain high and either trail off in some places as supply slowly increases, or possibly surge if lending is loosened and pent up demand is released.If any of the dire sooth being said about the dollar comes about, all bets are off.
