Have you givin any thought about reworking it into a membership spa, with rub downs, heated rocks, aromatherepy, etc... and try todraw the financialy better off couples crowd, weight loss, dieting, extras like that???

One thing that has changed the game for me this year is my diet.

I just thought it was fascinating how a challenge like a statue requiring lender notification of intent to transfer title (lemons) could be turned on its head to create a DOS waiver (lemonade)...not really the point of the thread I guess.

It's like a diet's that say eat all you want and lose weight,that's what we want,but I doubt that is likely to be the outcome.

It's a favorable rental market here, with a steady diet of young professionals flocking in. 

Brandon and David talk about this a lot on the BP podcast and I highly recommend making them a regular part of your podcast diet.

Not trying to say they are in the right here, just approaching this from the lemonade out of lemons standpoint and give you a suggestion.  

In a nutshell, I (Amy the Landlord) renovated this home and triple net leased it to Amy the Owner of THE LEMONADE house— a Company that provides furnished housing to persons looking to live in Sober Group Home Environment who is willing to submit to House Rules.
