Not sure exactly what was being hidden, but it was obviously something.I'm not beating myself up over it too bad and really felt like if it closed as planned it would have been beginners luck taking down a killer deal in under 90 days since licensed.

I have noticed that the preforeclosure folks are very elusive and I've found some killer deals but these people are ghosts as most have left the properties and cannot be found.

So the goal is to look for any major (deal killers) that would affect financing or profitability of the property.

That is the killer situation for an investor, when values drop 100% and there is no tenants to rent to.

This should not be an issue and the line will function as intended.There is a minor amount of tree roots in the line so I recommend foaming tree root killer be put down the sewer line a couple times a year.

As l go deeper and deeper into this thing it really seems that you are going to have to find off market deals to make something work and it has to be a killer deal.

The killer is when they want you to do something you didn't have planned, like move the electric meters off the rear enclosed porch where they've been for the past 75 years to a brick portion of the main building.
