The on-site Foreman/Lead Carpenter (toolbelt-wearing or not) would be your in-house "contractor who would be in charge of the day to day.Of course, this would all depend upon how many projects you are trying to juggle at once. 

Thank you for your patience, this is not my full time job and so I'm juggling/struggling to keep my head above water with this.

(anything over 65% is considered "high" here).In addition, I know of some short term rental management software that will actually centralize your bookings... so if someone books your rental with airbnb, it will block the calender dates on the other prominent websites. it's a useful tool when juggling many booking sites, but keeps exposure high.

Juggle one ball at a time?

Unfortunately I have not been able to attend that one because it's hard enough juggling the babysitting trying to get to one of the other 2 I just mentioned.

On a lighter note I can juggle and ride a unicycle, so if you would rather be entertained than work with me on a deal I would gladly reward you for your advice with some circus style entertainment.....

I would not want to be juggling low income properties if I had a young family.  

Unless you do big volume your agent has to juggle a lot of clients to make ends meet.  

I also work full time; having a W-2 job will help you with financing, even if sometimes it is really hard to juggle things.
