I live in Japan and after listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast, I investigated my local market and found the area with the biggest growth in Japan was the popular ski location of Niseko in the Northern Island of Hokkaido.

Look at Japan, they had their own version of QE and their inflation rate hasn't been out of control, for a whole host of factors, some of which apply to our current situation, some of which don't.
