Once you’ve got a little experience under your belt then you can attempt buildings that need more renovations/repairs or have had management issues.

We only disagree on what is basically a customer service issue.

Renovations were quite a bit more than we had expected due to more issues than we were aware of.

They overlook obvious lease violations and errantly serve harsh notices, falsely stating requests from the owners and insult their compliant tenants while allowing issues to be unresolved.

Within a residence there is a presumed right to privacy and installing cameras by you or your tenants can bring you legal issues.  

You may run into issues with re-tenanting and it may take longer than you expect or cost more.  

There are cheaper one’s in D/F areas but I would be careful as those can create a laundry list of additional issues.

So now I have a whole different issue to deal with.
