Has anyone out there been involved in something similar or have ideas on how I can move forward with this?

Pete area and am very involved in the market here, especially in analyzing rental properties. 

However, my work involves a lot of late nights and it’s starting to take a toll on me, especially with two young children.  

I'm an LP in a Syndication where DLP is also involved. 

High borrowing costs right now, so have to look at what you're able to produce vs the borrowing cost. 1031ing can be a super powerful strategy, but there are time constraints involved.

As the situation became more complicated, I involved a lawyer and began mediation.

Proactive updates can prevent misunderstandings and build trust.By balancing the needs of these three stakeholders,  a harmonious ecosystem can be created where all parties feel valued and invested in the success of the property.In summary:Property management isn’t just about collecting rent or fixing issues—it’s about creating value for everyone involved. 

I’m also from the US so I follow that market and am soon to be involved with a couple of exciting projects in Seattle & San Diego

We feel that this is fair for all parties involved.

There are a high number of CPA firms that do not want to get involved outside of the FYI to their clients, and some state boards are saying that a CPA advising related to this registration is an "unlicensed practice of law" given it is not under Title 26 - income taxes - the only place where CPAs and EAs are specifically authorized to interpret law.
