This tactic is to invest in 3-6 houses that is packeted into a portfolio and then get a mortgage on that portfolio.I am currently primarily intersted in 1 - 4 unit properties in Detroit and Cleveland, but as I am remote, any property that is on a "non-commercial landlord" level in any market with god ROIs are of interest.

Route 66 (and interstate 40 are main routs for travelers.

Found this deal between two brand new shopping centers and right off the main interstate that goes into New Orleans.

The property is located along a major interstate on an exit ramp albeit in a more rural area. 

We have immediate access to Interstate 70 and State Highway 285 as well as Morrison Road to get to Denver.

Some additional information:  2bed/2bath, 850sqft, 1960's construction, on an acre of land, with interstate access close by.
