When you do a rehab are you using new appliances or used appliances?

I have only required service once and just hired the local appliance repair guy who came and diagnosed it and ordered the part and had it fixed in about 5 days.

New flooring, new paint, new appliances (Still needs a good toilet) What was the outcome?

I have the finances for down payment, appliances, furniture....just need the loan.
