Not only does this property have two mobile homes but raw land where my dad has his horses, and where he parks his horse trailers, tractors etc. in order to sell it we would have to sell the property as a whole. these rentals though in great shape and being updated would be classified as lower income properties. 

Ive yet to call the attorney to see what they want, but my real concern is can they mess up my agreement of sale or stall that process?

Granted, I am relatively new to the small commercial buildings, and my experience has been in the residential, where things are relatively easier.To clarify a few points, the management company have their own maintenance teams as well, so it's not a function of them stalling services because they don't make money.

I do think the market may be stalling a bit personally (healthy for markets), but as you can see I am still purchasing so it's merely an additional underwriting item and not a reason to take no action.I am a firm believer that if you buy great deals you will prosper long term regardless of market cycle.
