Hello,Im working with a lender to refinance into a Fanny Freddy mortgage now that I have stabilized my 36 unit complex.They have asked for a CAPEX schedule, and a T-6, in addition to the rent roll. 

I can definitely attribute a lot of my success over the last few years due to the connections I made on Bigger Pockets and the things I've just simply learned by listening to and reading all the great info available here!

All of the tools that you use to try to figure out if a potential tenant will be a "good" tenant revolves around trying to answer those 3 questions.
