@ Rich Harmon, I went to actually check out that link, and we see its a protest by the lying fauxahontas Elizabeth Warren, who milked the Indian background to get preferential treatment, despite not being a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, or enrolled in the Eastern Band, or is not one of the United Keetoowah Bands of Cherokee.

A note isn't a revolving charge card, accrued interest doesn't bear interest over the term until defaul when all amounts owing may accrue interest until finally paid.....but then you have the interest accrual rules.BTW, also check the usury laws for any second on residential property mortgages.As Rick Harmon mentioned, the consumer loan can put you into loan mitigation requirements, you can play the give and take game, expecting less, but don't think your initial demand can be unreasonably or improperly demanded, because that will matter if there is litigation.

Bill Gulley By "soft" I was meaning the restriction being a policy or limit in practice, but not explicitly articled in the regulations.Up here each province has its own securities regulator and while there is generally harmonization between them, there is not an actual federal equivalent to SEC.

In many cases, it's no different with the "cells" of a series LLC.I expect the states to harmonize their laws and interpretations soon enough, but it's not going to come until a court can coherently explain the difference between commingling on the series level versus commingling personal and business assets.
