It's more like any other long term holding strategy, with less out of pocket costs, quicker financing of the RE purchase and less responsibilities than a landlord has.

Being a townhouse most of them have CC&R's that you need to ensure you're following. 1) I got started in RE back in 2014 at the age of 20.

My husband was able to consolidate and re-finance the debt after we executed the deal but this was only possible because we bought a VERY modest property of 70k as a learning tool to really see what buying a home in CR would be like. 

That doesn't mean that they won't go back and re-write it to work.So, get with the city (cities) and see where you can actually have a STR.
