Is there a way to set up a deal where the operating LLC does all of the groundwork, communication, and negotiation with the seller but holding LLC acquires the property as part of the deal?

You cannot substitute for on ground work, especially not in real estate. 

To do this I am going to have to lay some serious ground work first, so I thought my best strategy is to come to the Bigger Pockets forums and talk to everyone that has experience that I can. 

What would be the first step to start laying the ground work so to speak.

Hello All,New investor and BiggerPockets member here who is just getting started trying to lay the groundwork.

It would be great to start laying the ground work now to get to that stage as I'm not the stay at home type of person when I'm done with my current career. 

I found the bootcamp to be educational, a great source of networking and it laid the ground work for large multi-family acquisitions.

Sponsor does all the ground work, putting the deal together.

Just want to lay the ground work moving forward and know what i need to be thinking of/saving/etc.
