OK just curious here, how many guys/girls start super early or late.

I am an ARMY combat veteran of 6 yrs. and a father of three beautiful girls.

They accused us of attempting to "poach" listings.

My family and girl think I'm behaving like a little kid that says he wants to be a big rap star some day hahaha!

If you have a set of specific criteria and you don't take the first person that meets those criteria, you open yourself up to being accused of discrimination. 

This prevents any accusations of me stealing money from a tenant or messing up their payment schedule.You could give your tenants a deposit slip and they can set up direct deposit or deposit the payment manually at your bank.  

That is not the same as accusing you of drug activity and is a heads up to you as to the image you are conveying to others in your building.I get the message that you do not care what others think of you or your friends but do not be so knave as to not accept that you are judged by the company you keep.Your circle of friends are sub par for the area you live in and your neighbours are most likely concerned for their safety.

It is accusing interest and their is no payment required.

Naturally I don't want to to put my property in jeopardy or put myself at risk for being accused of receiving stolen property.
