The point is that with an easily pierced corporate veil (DIY entity, for example) and only a single layer of protection you're just as vulnerable as the naked man with the umbrella policy hoping for the best, if not more so.The "gasoline on the fire" is holding properties in your own name.

And keep in mind on this 30 year product all you guys are just brokering to an end buyer of that paper its their underwriting you have to follow.. its kind of like buying gasoline it comes from one tank with 5 nozzles one says BP one says chevron etc but it all the same gas..
