Does anyone in this group have a copy of a long term lease they could share?

However, it is only day 1, so I will have to see how it goes and what other lessons I learn.I did also put together house rules, and go over everything with the tenant upon arrival (I did talk about any "rules" during the final interview to make sure we were both clear on expectations), and provided a written copy.

@Dan DiFilippo for the sake of the conversation, I can’t wrap my head around crypto being a de facto currency as an ever expanding population needs a money supply to expand somewhat with it, or the ensuing hikes to interest rates caused by more and more people chasing a finite resource would decimate the economy.I freely admit I haven’t researched this enough, but interested to hear thoughts.Full disclosure I don’t have any crypto whatsoever, and think if it becomes as widespread as bullish views want it to be, I could end up accepting rent in BC or sell a property or 2 and convert to BC.

I'm relieved I have a lawyer, he suggested the lien in this situation because they were being uncooperative down to providing us with a recent fully executed copy of the lease with updated contact info for the tenant. 

My practice is to send a .pdf copy of only the first one or two pages of the DU showing approval only and strength of qualifications such as Fico Score etc...   

Make sure you include all the variations of search keywords that a prospect is likely to use when they're looking for a unit such as yours in the text; and use the most popular keyword in your headline.The second thing is the copy itself, that is, the written content of your ads.
