Each room will have a separate lease on it with a separate deposit following normal property management practices, and like you said, the leases have different start dates. 

I've been following the build-to-rent method for some time and even lived in one for 2 years.

All they have to do is follow the simple contract where everything is outlined.

It will help them tremendously - IF they actually follow it and do it. 

The permitting department is catching up on responses and we apologize for the delay - it was as if everyone was looking for updates at the same time at the new year mark and follow up questions as well.
