Hi Jake-Thanks for the advice- I currently keep photos of all recipets and have updated excel sheets with all costs associated to each property.Organized for now - but as I make moves to scale a bit I probably could use a CPA who knows real estate finance.Respectfully

There's no one size fits all approach to real estate investing and depending on your resources, skill set, and capabilities you may excel in one particular market or utilizing a specific strategy whereas another investor will excel using a different approach.  

My experience was excellent both projects were completed successfully, on time, and delivered solid returns.

Find one that can be custom to your needs, has flexible pricing, no long-term, high-cost memberships, and excellent customer services to determine how to best market to your leads.

Milwaukee is an excellent market to get started in also. 

Just relax when someone points out facts, you transacted at an excellent time, there's nothing wrong or bad about that.

I have some homes in Ft Lauderdale and excel in the Short Term Rental space.

@Rene HosmanIf it’s too much to do in excel I have a bookkeeper handle it - now there are overseas companies that can be very cost effective as well.
