Economy - it is the driving force behind many failed or succeeded towns or sections of towns.In Pittsburgh's SouthSide of town, many world economists came to study how it was structured and why it has done so well.

Two headlines show economists expect prices to fall.  

Warren Buffet states that any company that has a staff economist has 1 employee too many.

I remember back in 2017 I heard all this classic news talk from economists to other people talking about soon to be a recession.

I am by no means an extremely savvy economist.

Back then, the Fed’s rate hikes caused investors to become less concerned about inflation, so mortgage rates fell.Mortgage rates eventually rose, and were higher in June 2006, at the end of the rate-hiking campaign, than they were at the beginning, two years earlier.In 2017, housing economists predicted mortgage rates would rise.

Preface: I'm no economist but find discussing macro currents very interesting as they relate directly or indirectly to multifamily investing (investing in general). 

They both relay comments by geniuses like Milton Freedman the economist in understandable bites.

As every economist says "it depends".

To me everything seems over inflated, But I'm no economist it's just the general feeling I get.
