I use OpenOffice on my MS PC, and LibreOffice on my Linux machine.

One thing you should have a solo 401k and be maxing that puppy out.. the buy GREAT performing notes in it.. and or as other suggested do some syndication investments.. those are ALL about the sponsor.... you need to be very careful who you pick when you do those.and a Roth IRA as well.. go see a real good CPA and do some planning... if you like flipping nothing wrong with that.. but buying some income producing assets will help on tax's just depends.I would also look into MHP in those areas those can be a very nice little cash cow machine ...

Every year, we would go to the beach I would go through my usual routine of getting the real estate magazines from the corner machine and sort through them looking for something that I thought I might be able to buy.

I couldn't find any suggestion on a carpet cleaner with a heating element so I purchased the Bissell Big Green machine for $400 that does not have a heating element.  

Anything that can help me fine tune the machine will help. 

My plumber not only had a directional boring machine on site, but a small bobcat which made quick work of the old septic tank.

I would have the ducts cleaned, furnace/AC system cleaned as much as possible, change the filter, and then run an ozone machine with fans set up to circulate the air for 48 hours.

I don't want to put coin op machines in for just 3 units.
