@Medi Sarwary, I did a BRRRR and this is how it worked:Purchased condo for 450k (30% down; its a STVR in Hawaii)  135k100k rehabAll in approx 250k including costs involvedAppraised at 775k 2 years laterBank required 70% LTV; 232.5k left in equity Pulled out the rest (every dime I put into it).
