I found myself attending in-person networking almost weekly prior to the pandemic, but we live in a different world, and the digital shift has made it harder.Currently looking for personal investment deals in the area, and also passionate about connecting other local investors with trusted service providers.

I think prices will continue to increase, but at a more steady single digit per year increase... not any sort of rate at what we saw during the pandemic where prices doubled over the course of 2 years.  

Just remember not only do you have to deal with real estate pricing in those countries but their currency against the dollar.

Also, while you might get some tourists who want tranquility, you will most likely miss all the digital nomads and remote workers, who want to be where the action is.On a more personal note, I think that place is boring.

All of those deals ended up making it through and returning him double digit AAR's.Not saying this will be the case with your deals, but if you believe in the operator, the deal and the market, then I would highly consider putting in the funds. 

Bridge rates  will be higher than the DSCR, likely double digits.
